Playin Hookie
Ok, so I'm keeping us all home from church today except for Trenton who thinks that there never is a good reason to miss church. Now, you may be wondering why I am keeping us home? Well, it's because of the crazy huge fire(s) burning as close to 4 miles away from us. The fires started out being two by they merged into one during the night. The air quality is terrible! I fear that Kaden's asthma will flare up plus Taryn already has a cough going on. I'm just being a mother hen I guess but when I look out the window and see the ash fluttering down in big chunks I know that staying inside is our ONLY option. Here are some pics that I took yesterday afternoon only about 3 hours after the fires started by us. These are pictures taken at 2 o'clock from our home and it looks like dusk outside. Plus that little orange dot is the sun. Scary times! Plus on a extra sad note. These fires consumed my favorite drive. Mom, Tina, that pretty drive I always brought you back to my place from the airport, you know, the one through the Canyon? Well, it's now all been burned. I am very sad.

Snips and Snails.........
What a FUN day!
Wow did we have a great time at the regional park by our house yesterday! We went with our good friend Brandon and Sharese and the kids all just had a blast! It was a fabulous photo op that I couldn't pass up!
This is such a cute picture of Kaden. I walked over to him and he was just so happy to be poking his stick in the water. I asked him if he was having fun and this was the face he gave me. He was just so happy........then he fell into the pond.
Yes, I know that this isn't the best pic of Truston but this picture tells a story. Well it shows Truston telling the story of Tom and Jerry to a bunch of 10 year old boys who were sitting ontop of this play structure thingy. Talk about a captive audience!

Halloween Time!
Ok, I know I'm late, but I'm sure by now you are use to that! Here are my little munchkins on Halloween. We did the ward Trunk or Treat and although there wasn't a very large turnout there was a TON of good candy! (Mommy confiscated all the chocolate because they are just too young to fully enjoy the finer things in life. Ok, I did leave them some M&M's and a few bite size Musketeers.....I think).
